DTZ advised VF Polska Distribution in the relocation process

In November VF Polska Distribution has moved to its new office building Iris, located in Mokotów district of Warsaw. The new Polish headquarters of the international retailer of such known brands as: Lee, Wrangler, The North Face, Napapijri and Eastpak will occupy 1 600 square meters of office space.

DTZ has represented the occupier in the relocation process.

IRIS is an office building totaling 14 300 square meters of space, located at Cybernetyki 9 Street in Mokotów. The building has been completed by the developer CPD S.A. in December 2012.
