DTZ advised KMD on 6,000 sq m office space lease

KMD Poland sp. z o.o. took a lease of over 6,000 sq m of office space in the modern Gdański Business Center in Warsaw. DTZ supported KMD Poland sp. z o.o. in the search for best location, lease agreement negotiations, project management, and technical advisory. The tenant is to move into the premises in October 2015.

KMD is looking to expand to the Polish market and attract the biggest talent in the IT industry, said Monika Brzoska, Consultant in the Office Agency at DTZ.

The company’s priority was to find an attractive location, easily accessible to the employees by all kinds of transport. Another important factor was flexibility at the time of arranging the space. The new KMD office will be functional and effectively laid out, according to the latest trends, which will result in a friendly and productive working environment, adds Paweł Strzemecki, Senior Consultant in the Office Agency at DTZ.

KMD Poland sp. z o.o. offices will occupy three floors of the building, with the office space of more than 6,000 sq m.

Owned by HB Reavis, Gdański Business Center is a modern A-class office building located in Warsaw on Inflancka 4, close to the Dworzec Gdański underground station. The project, which offers almost 48,000 sq m of office space, was completed in June 2014. Gdański Business Center has been awarded by CIJ in 2014 for the best Office Development of the Year, and also received the Prime Property Prize in the category of “Investment of the Year – Office Market”. 

KMD Poland sp. z o.o. is a leading IT company providing solutions for the public and private sectors in Denmark. KMD decided to expand to the Polish market as part of their development strategy, and needed modern and well-located office space.
