The Industrial and Logistics Department at BNP Paribas Real Estate advised No Limit, a logistics operator, on the leasing of more than 2 700 sq m of warehouse and office space in the XS Logistics facility.
The Poznań industrial market is one of the most advanced markets in Poland, its excellent road infrastructure and attractive rents appeal to tenants, which in turn results in a low vacancy rate. Our client was looking for a warehouse and office space that would meet certain criteria and have convenient access to express roads.
