New members appointed in the Extended Management board and Direction Committee. Changes to the governance of business lines.Given the growing internationalisation of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s business and the increasing need of the clients for a cross-disciplinary support, and in order to ensure our continued growth over the coming years, the company has decided to amend its operational governance.“This new governance structure has particularly been designed to ensure the successful completion of our development plan and our growth over the coming years. Management Board/Extended Management Board

The Management Board and Extended Management Board, under the leadership of Thierry Laroue-Pont, define the strategy in accordance with decisions taken by the Supervisory Board. They decide performance objectives as well as their adaptation to each business line.

As previously announced, the Management Board comprises:

  • Barbara Koreniouguine, Deputy Chief Executive, responsible for Commercial and Residential Property Development,
  • Henri Faure, Deputy Chief Executive, responsible for Investment Management and Central Functions
  • Lauric Leclerc, Deputy Chief Executive, responsible for Property Management.

 

The Extended Management Board comprises the members of the Management Board as well as:

  • Piotr Bienkowski, Chief Executive Officer Advisory Germany,
  • John Slade, Chief Executive Officer Advisory United Kingdom,
  • Pascal Maury, appointed Deputy Managing Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate, responsible for Human Resources and Communications,
  • Dominique Jones, appointed Deputy Managing Director of BNP Paribas Real Estate, responsible for the Finance, IT, Purchasing & Working Environment, and Organisation functions.

Thierry Laroue-Pont will continue to coordinate Advisory activities in our three main countries (France, Germany and the UK).

Direction Committee

The Direction Committee is responsible for operational supervision of the Division and for implementing the Management Board’s decisions, coordinating cross-functional topics and business development. In addition to the Extended Management Board members, the Direction Committee will comprise:

  • Bruno Pinard, Managing Director Commercial Property Development
  • Pascal Beaubois, Managing Director, Residential Property Development
  • Laurent Boucher, appointed Executive Chairman of Advisory France
  • Aymeric Le Roux, appointed Operational Director, International Advisory
  • Csongor Csukas, International Director, responsible for Tier 2 countries Property Management
  • Catherine Papillon, Communications and CSR Director
  • Laurent Pavillon, Marketing and Business Development Director
  • Sylvie Lemaire, Global Head of Legal Department
  • Vincent Flamand, Global Head of Compliance & 2OPC
  • Christophe Pineau, International Research Director

MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS LINES

Changes to the governance of BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory France

  • Laurent Boucher is appointed Executive Chairman Advisory France, in charge of the sales department business lines (investment Ile-de-France and Regions, User Sales, Hotel and Retail), the team responsible for Ile-de-France Offices larger than 5,000 sq.m. and Valuation.
  • Guillaume Delattre is appointed Vice Executive Chairman Advisory France, in charge of the department responsible for Ile-de-France Offices between 0 and 5,000 sq.m. and Regions.
  • Jean-Laurent de La Prade is appointed Deputy Managing Director Advisory France, responsible for operational supervision of Regions and reporting to Guillaume Delattre.

Changes to Advisory Tier 2 governance

  • Taking over from Guillaume Delattre, Aymeric Le Roux is appointed Operational Director, International Advisory, in charge of countries (excluding France, Germany and UK) and Alliances.

International Investment Group & European Business Group

Thierry Laroue-Pont will continue to coordinate both the International Investment Group (IIG) and the European Business Group (EBG), for which Etienne Prongue has operational responsibility, as well as the Corporate Services skills centre devoted to large users and led by Sylvain Hasse.
