BNP Paribas Real Estate represented the tenant Toshiba Tec Poland in the process of lease-terms renegotiation in respect of Distribution Park Okęcie owned by Hines Global REIT. Under the agreement concluded, the lease term for 762 square meters of office space and 655 square meters of warehouse space has been extended for another three years.
The scheme has been completed through a synergy between the operations of the Logistics Department and the Office Agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
