EC Property Management, Europa Centralna Shopping Centre’s manager, has appointed BNP Paribas Real Estate as an advisor in terms of the development of further phases of the project which will include a gallery extension, an office and business park and the hotel. BNP Paribas Real Estate was also appointed as an exclusive agent for the scheme.
Europa Centralna is a regional shopping centre, located on one of the largest motorway interchanges in central Europe, connecting the A1, A4 motorways and the national road number 44. The Centre which was opened in 2013 provides a combination of retail park and a gallery in an unique location.
Europa Centralna Phase 1 provides retail space located in the retail park as well as in the gallery. The space is leased by tenants like Saturn, Castorama, Jula, Tesco and Sports Direct. The centre also features a food court with a wide range of cafes, restaurants and a play area for kids. Free buses are available for customers and for drivers there is a large car park of 2,300 car parking spaces.
