Having won a market tender, BNP Paribas Real Estate is to confirm managing 15 properties from the AEW Europe portfolio located in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary. BNP Paribas Real Estate previously managed the portfolio and is now to provide comprehensive property management services along with financial and marketing services. The AEW Europe portfolio in the Central and Eastern Europe region comprises retail, office and industrial properties with a total gross leasable area (GLA) of 266 000 sq. m.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has been responsible for managing properties from AEW Europe portfolio in the Central and Eastern Europe region since 2010. During that time the company provided property management services comprising the development of building operations strategy for the properties, operational facilities management as well as provision of financial services. Additionally, the company engaged in property management activities aimed at repositioning facilities consisting in the refurbishment and redevelopment of retail and office properties. Furthermore, the company was in charge of coordinating the certification process for properties from the portfolio under the LEED program.
The AEW Europe portfolio in Poland comprises Dom Mody Klif, the Klif Gdynia shopping centre, the Atrium Tower and Klif Tower office buildings and the Good Point Puławska industrial facility. The AEW Europe portfolio in Czech Republic includes the Myslbek shopping centre as well as the International Business Centre, Myslbek Office and Smichov Gate office buildings. The AEW Europe portfolio in Hungary comprises the Mom Park shopping centre as well as the Emke, Mom Park and Westend Business Center office buildings. In turn, the Romanian portfolio includes America House and the Promenada shopping centre.
